For clinicians · Founding early access
The portal for running protocol-based care.
Publish a protocol in one tap, see who’s actually following it, and reach the ones slipping before they fall off — with an AI assistant that reviews your whole panel every morning.

The gap in protocol care isn’t the protocol. It’s the week-three drop-off nobody sees — the patient who quietly stops, then shows up months later with no progress, half-blaming the peptides.
It was never the peptides. It was the week the nightly dose got hard to remember and nobody was watching. Peplo closes that gap.
Your console
Your whole panel on one screen — who’s thriving, who needs you today.
One roster. Every patient’s active protocol and how faithfully they’re running it, adherence trending, flagged rows surfaced first. The three pieces below — manage, track, engage — are what you do from here.

How it works
Four steps, then the assistant does the daily watching.
Invite
Send a patient a link. They accept on their phone — no app-store search, no separate account setup on your end.
Assign a protocol
Pick from your library or a cited template. Peplo sets up the vial, doses, and reminders on the patient's side automatically.
Track adherence
Every dose logged, every metric synced, shown against the protocol timeline — for one patient or your whole panel at a glance.
The assistant flags
Each morning, the panel is reviewed for you. The ones slipping get surfaced with a drafted message — you decide and send.
Manage protocols
Publish a protocol in one tap.
Build from a curated, cited library or your own templates. Assign to one patient or a whole cohort; they accept on their phone and Peplo sets up the vial, doses, and reminders for them.
Change a titration and every patient on that protocol updates — schedule and reminders re-project automatically, history intact. Your library becomes your practice, standardized.

Sample dataTrack
See who's following the plan — and whether it's working.
Adherence is live for every patient, and their synced Apple Health metrics — sleep, HRV, weight, body composition — sit right next to the protocol timeline, so you can see whether it’s moving the number.
Biomarker readings flag when something goes out of range. Across the panel, thriving, slipping, and stalled are obvious at a glance.
Wearable and health data sync built in — Apple Health, Oura, and Whoop feed directly into the protocol timeline above.

Sample dataIllustrative data. Synced from the patient’s Apple Health + logged readings, shown against the protocol timeline.
Engage
Reach the patient at the moment that matters.
Message a patient in-app, send a protocol adjustment, or nudge a missed dose — one thread, consent-gated and revocable. You catch the week-three slip while it’s still a nudge, not a lost cycle.
No spreadsheets, no chasing, no “how’s it going” guesswork.
Patient · Sleep & recovery
Hi — I noticed the nightly dose slipped this week, and your sleep numbers plateaued right when that started. Totally fixable. Want to anchor it to something you already do before bed?
The AI assistant · a feature of the portal
And an assistant that does the watching, so you don’t have to.
On top of manage, track, and engage, the assistant reviews your whole panel every morning and hands you the conversations that matter — with a drafted message and the numbers behind each flag. Ask it anything about your panel in plain language. It surfaces and drafts; you decide and send.
Good morning, Dr. Osei.
Sample dataTuesday · your panel, reviewed at 6:00am
3 of 24 patients need attention today.
18 on track · 3 thriving · the assistant flagged the three below.
No dose logged in 6 days; adherence 43%. Looks like a drop-off, not a dip.
Missed 3 nightly doses this week; sleep gains from weeks 1–3 are stalling.
96% adherence, HRV up 11ms over 30 days — a reference-case win worth a note.
Illustrative data. The assistant surfaces and drafts; you decide and send. It never contacts a patient or changes a protocol on its own.
Hi — I noticed the nightly doses have been easy to miss this week, and your sleep numbers plateaued right when that started. Can we anchor the evening dose to something you already do before bed? Reply and I’ll help you set it up.

Who on GLP-1 is slipping?
Peplo assistant
One GLP-1 taper on your panel, at 88% and steady — no action needed. I’ll flag them if they drop below 80%.
Every flag shows the numbers behind it, so you can review the basis of each one. It’s decision support, not a decision — never autonomous, never patient-facing advice.
What’s actually different
A tracker with a clinic bolted on isn’t the same as a clinic console.
- Dosing math, not guesswork
- Reconstitution and titration are computed for every protocol, not left to a spreadsheet formula someone maintains by hand.
- Your brand, not ours
- Co-branded or full whitelabel from day one. Your patients see your practice — not a vendor's app with your logo bolted on.
- One console, not a bolt-on
- Manage, track, and engage share one screen and one patient record — not a tracking feature stapled onto a general app.
The Founding Clinician Program
Sign up now — free while we build it, priority access when it ships.
Free while we build it. The portal and the assistant, no charge during early access — and you lock in founding pricing when it’s ready.
Your name on it. Your protocols become featured, attributed stacks — reach beyond your own practice.
First to know. Updates on new capabilities land in your inbox as they ship — no meetings, no build commitment, just an early look.
Decision support, not decisions
The assistant surfaces signals and drafts language. You decide and send. Never autonomous, never patient-facing advice.
Consent-gated
The patient links to you explicitly and chooses what to share. Revocable anytime. You see only what they consent to.
Not medical advice
Peplo provides tracking and decision-support tools. All clinical decisions remain yours.
Comparing this against other options? A few honest guides on the category, not just a pitch:
The questions clinicians actually ask.
The four that come up before every call — answered here so you don’t have to book one to find out.
Are you HIPAA-compliant? Will you sign a BAA?
Peplo Health LLC is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, and the health data your patients enter into Peplo is not protected health information under that law — so there is no BAA to sign. We nonetheless apply HIPAA-aligned administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to health data as a matter of policy, and we treat it as sensitive data under our Privacy Policy.
Peplo is a tracking and decision-support tool, not a medical device and not a diagnostic. The assistant surfaces signals and drafts language; every clinical decision stays yours. If your practice is a covered entity, bring us in early and we’ll walk your compliance team through exactly what Peplo holds and where.
If we stop using Peplo, what happens to our patients' data?
It belongs to the patient and it leaves with them. Any patient can export their own data in a portable, readily usable format from Settings, or delete their account outright — on deletion we remove their personal data within thirty (30) days, except where the law requires us to keep something (for example, tax records for completed transactions).
The link between a patient and your practice is consent-gated and revocable at any time, by either side. Revoking it ends your access to their data without deleting anything of theirs — leaving Peplo does not cost a patient their history.
Does this integrate with our EHR?
Not today, and Peplo is not trying to become your EHR. It runs alongside one and owns the layer an EHR has no view into: whether the protocol you prescribed is actually being followed between visits, and what moved as a result. Patient-side health data arrives through Apple Health, Oura, and Whoop rather than through your chart.
If interoperability is a requirement for your practice, tell us which system you run when you request access — founding clinicians shape what gets built next, and this is exactly the kind of input that decides an order.
What does it cost?
Founding clinicians are free while we build it, and lock in founding pricing when the portal ships.
After that, pricing is custom and deal-based — it depends on the size of your panel, whether you want co-branding or a full whitelabel, and what your practice needs supported. We don’t publish a price sheet, because none of the practices we’ve talked to have wanted the same thing. It’s a short conversation.
