Nothing displayed in the app — including reconstitution calculations, dosing ranges, protocol templates, peptide descriptions, half-life data, storage guidance, or research citations — constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, or professional advice.

The information surfaced by Peplo is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition. We do not establish a physician-patient relationship by providing the app, the protocol library, or any AI-generated content.

Before starting, stopping, or modifying any peptide protocol, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional who can evaluate your individual medical history, current medications, and risk factors.

Peplo is not a medical device, a healthcare provider, or a telehealth service. No content in the Service — including AI-generated responses — has been reviewed or cleared by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory body as a diagnostic, monitoring, or treatment tool.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not use Peplo, wait for an in-app or AI-generated response, or delay seeking emergency care based on anything displayed in the Service. The Service is not monitored in real time and is not equipped to respond to emergencies.

Peplo does not collect, transmit, or forward adverse-event reports to manufacturers or regulators. You are responsible for reporting adverse events to the appropriate channels (e.g., FDA MedWatch in the United States).

While we make reasonable efforts to draw protocol templates and peptide information from peer-reviewed literature, Peplo is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Dose ranges, half-lives, storage recommendations, and citation links may contain errors, may become outdated, or may not apply to your specific situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peplo Health LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of Peplo — including any damages for personal injury, loss of health, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute goods and services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to Peplo will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00) or (b) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this disclaimer is subject to Section 17 of the Terms of Service, which requires binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association seated in New Jersey, includes a class-action and jury-trial waiver, and places every dispute not subject to arbitration in the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey. Section 17 controls if the two ever conflict.
